Tim & Charmaine Croxson
Right from the very start of C3 UnitedLife, Tim & Charmaine have been present in helping build the foundations for what we experience today.
They carry the visionary voice for this church, and are passionate about leading this church forward, and want to see everyone live their best life.
Their desire to put Jesus Christ first in their family, along with their commitment and faithfulness to C3 UnitedLife, has been clearly demonstrated in their willingness to serve in this church over many years.
C3 UnitedLife is an integral part of their daily lives and as a family they carry the heart of the church within them and they love being part of all that God is doing here.
Tim is CEO of his family business, as well as being a Trustee of Creating Hope, and a Trustee of C3 UnitedLife.
Charmaine is on staff at C3 UnitedLife, as Creative Pastor.
They have two children, ever present on a Sunday, Joel & Faith.
LEAD PASTORS - SUTTON CENTRAL
Ben & Katherine Parsons
With hearts for people, especially for those in need with little hope in life, Ben & Katherine are all about loving their community and the people that God places in their lives. They come alongside people, and love introducing them to Jesus. Together, they bring a dynamic, vibrancy which comes across in their approach to all things.
In October 2018 they launched our second location, Sutton Central, as Lead Pastors, before stepping into the Senior Leadership Team.
They live and breathe Sutton, and are passionate about seeing God act and move within the borough.
Ben is a Product Designer.
Katherine is on staff at C3 UnitedLife, as Missions Pastor.
They have three children, constantly making people laugh, Phoebe, Ethan & Jude.
LEADERS
Steve & Fiona Miles
People who carry the definition of ‘good and faithful servants.’ Steve & Fiona have had many different roles in church leadership over many decades - they are wise and gifted people, a great asset to our senior leadership team as well as the church.
They have been at C3 UnitedLife since the beginning, and have lead different teams over the years, with Steve currently overseeing our Tech Team, and Fiona serves as one of our Kids Pastors.
They have huge hearts, are passionate about people, the local church, and love hosting people for lunch or dinners. They are not opportunities to miss out on! They have such pastoral hearts, willing to do life together with everyone.
Steve serves on the front line in emergency services and Fiona is a teacher with a focus on special educational needs.
They have three children, and two grand-children.
